Meet the Founder
This is Frans.
He is notorious for chasing parkrun PBs, forgetting his towel on beach days, and rolling 100% at open mat after hearing “light roll” and choosing to ignore it. Then climbing straight into his car and rawdogging the seat.
Eventually he figured there had to be a better way. So Rawdog Towels was born, a simple seat cover made for the mess that comes with doing what you love.
Designed and made in South Africa, for people who would rather worry about the next adventure than their car seats.

How do I wash my Rawdog towel?
Machine wash at 30 degrees on a gentle cycle with mild detergent. Avoid bleach and fabric softener, and air dry. Do not iron.
Is it waterproof?
Yes. The bamboo microfibre towelling is backed by a waterproof layer designed to help keep moisture off the seat underneath.
Can I use it on my back seats?
Rawdog Towels are designed primarily for front seats with adjustable headrests. They may work on individual rear seats with suitable headrests, but they are not designed as a full rear bench cover.
Do you deliver outside South Africa?
Not currently. We deliver nationwide within South Africa.
